Who is Invapay?

The Invapay ePayment Exchange is provided by Invapay Payment Solutions Ltd, a company that brings together the expertise of professionals who specialise in the areas of Procurement, Payments, P-Card implementations, eInvoicing, and Accounts Payable. 
All have a history of working with the major banks and their customers to make business-to-business purchasing and reporting more efficient and compliant.
We believe it is important in the field of business-to-business trading to rely on specialists, ensuring a high-standard and consistency of service.

 

CEO - Sid Vasili

Sid Vasili is the CEO and founder of Invapay. 

Prior to forming Invapay, Sid was the CEO and founder of HMSL, an Accounts Payable outsourcing provider to companies such as Sun Microsystems, 3M, Gillette, and Arla Foods. 

HMSL was acquired by Bottomline Technologies in 2005, where Sid became a Managing Director of Global Transaction Centres, designing and delivering Accounts Payable automation solutions for global corporates.

Sid has developed a thought leadership position in the BPO industry, developing innovative global Payables and Shared Services solutions to the world's largest corporations, and has chaired and presented at Finance & Accounting, Shared Service Transformation, and Purchase-to-Pay conferences around the world.

Sid also serves as a Non-Exec Advisor to PayStream Advisors Inc, an independent consulting firm based in the US with an emphasis on Purchase-to-Pay research, analysis, and solution design.

 

Director of Business Development - John Vasili

John Vasili has twelve years experience in Global Purchase-to-Pay automation which encompasses a broad base of experience in diagnosing and resolving accounts payable and payments requirements.

Recognised as a subject matter expert in Purchase-to-Pay, John was selected by the Board of Bottomline Technologies Inc., to support HSBC in their new market approach to solve corporate banking clients’ cash management objectives.

Trained in process reengineering, John has presented at Marcus Evans events and is an active member of the NAPCP and IQPC.

 

CTO - Nick Lloyd

Nick Lloyd has experience gained from a long career in IT management, where he has developed a talent for resolving seemingly intractable problems at short notice.

He focuses on automating processes to increase throughput and remove human error, and improving the products as delivered to customers and prospects.

Before Invapay, Nick was working as a consultant in the Financial Services industry.  Prior to this he spent six years at HMSL and Bottomline Technologies, running the entire operation of purchase-to-pay document processing and system development.

 

Integration and Support - Steve Entwistle

Steve Entwistle is an experienced project manager who has specialist expertise in providing clients with business solutions capitalising on the benefits of e-procurement and commercial cards.

Steve is an accomplished management consultant who believes that technology provides a tactical solution to achieving overall strategic goals.

In recent years he has concentrated on the implementation, testing, and training associated with a range of software solutions ranging from Card Management Programmes to web-based Payment portals.
