Who Is Invapay?

CEO and Founder - Sid Vasili

Sid founded Invapay in 2008. Previously to this, Sid was the CEO and founder of HMSL, providing companies such as Sun Microsystems, 3M, Gillette, and Arla Foods with Accounts Payable outsourcing.  When HMSL was acquired by Bottomline Technologies in 2005, Sid became a Managing Director of Global Transaction Centres, designing and delivering Accounts Payable automation solutions for global corporations. A thought-leader in the BPO industry, Sid has developed innovative global Payables and Shared Services solutions for the world's largest corporations and has chaired and presented at Finance and Accounting, Shared Service Transformation, and Purchase-to-Pay conferences around the world.

Sid also serves as a non-executive advisor to PayStream Advisors Inc, an independent consulting firm based in the US with an emphasis on Purchase-to-Pay research, analysis, and solution design.

Director of Business Development - John Vasili

John Vasili has 12 years experience in Global Purchase-to-Pay automation which encompasses a broad base of experience in diagnosing and resolving accounts payable and payments requirements. Recognised as a subject matter expert in Purchase-to-Pay, John was selected by the Board of Bottomline Technologies Inc. to support HSBC in their new market approach to solve corporate banking clients’ cash management objectives.

Trained in process reengineering, John has presented at Marcus Evans events and is an active member of the NAPCP and IQPC.

CTO - Nick Lloyd

Nick Lloyd has had a long career in IT management, where he developed a talent for resolving seemingly intractable problems at short notice.

Nick focuses on automating processes to increase throughput and remove human error, and improving the products as delivered to customers and prospects.

Before joining Invapay, Nick was working as a consultant in the Financial Services industry.  He also spent six years at HMSL and Bottomline Technologies, running the entire operation of purchase-to-pay document processing and system development.

Development Team

Invapay's Development Team has more than 15 years combined experience in the design, development and ongoing support of automated Accounts Payable and Payments solutions for global organisations. Development innovation and producing best in breed systems is the team's speciality.

Director of Operations - Sarah Vasili

Sarah Vasili has over 11 years experience within customer service management, delivering transaction processing to European Financial Shared Service Centers and Business Process Outsourcing, and specialising in process automation and service delivery to UK, European and Global customers at HMSL and Bottomline Technologies.

Before joining Invapay Sarah worked for BSkyB and was responsible for the on-going development and management of operational support schedules within Sky's on-line platform, focusing on the end-user experience of Sky’s website users on over 30 Sky websites.
